Phone number incorrect, cannot contact management and no one ever in the office. Stray cats roaming and pissing all over the place, dogs barking in every court. Playground in shambles and no fence to block it off from the main road. Better than Waysons or Rio Vista, I guess.
A little bit in the backwoods but very quite , has a awesome park for kids an pretty reasonable on lot rent none are the same. Great place for kids to stay outta trouble. They is also a fishing spot at the wetland.
(EDIT: We've learned that the management favors those who tattle. Because of this, I'm changing the 3 stars to 2 :/)
(P.S - Watch out for stray (and domestic, some people let their cats run around even though it's against rules) cats pooping in your yard if you move here..)
Not a very good community because kids ride bikes in courts where vehicles are,parents do not supervise their children.The people that come here, and that are here don't tend to yards or their homes.

It's okay. I would probably give a higher score if it wasn't for some of the things the management's rules. It's a strict neighborhood. Let's start with the fact that you can't have certain things to entertain yourself. For example, you can't have a pool above 1 ft., no tree houses/big igloos (stuff for children), etc. They also give you warnings and notices for the littlest things. We got a notice for getting grass in the parking area after mowing our lawn (we got the notice on the same day, they're fast with that) though our parking lot ISN'T. EVEN. NEAR. OUR. HOUSE. It's mostly the fault of management, because they're the ones blowing grass in our yard :/. The neighborhood itself is nice though, and you won't have too many disturbances. There is the occasional nuisance, but you probably won't see them again. All in all though, this management is filled with really cheap, lazy people.
